Passport photos and photography assistant for the owner, including individual, family, & pet portraits, as well as product photography.
Duties included custom framing and preservation of customer’s art. Worked one-on-one with customers and created orders based on individual wants and needs. Other duties included scheduling and prioritizing orders with imminent deadlines, use of computer programs and tools. Job required immense attention to details and strong math skills. This job also involved customer payments and good organization.

Duties included professional administration duties as well as working on designs for customer specific needs, processing orders. This job also required strong computer skills for data-entry, multi-tasking, scheduling and prioritizing, processing website orders, performing miscellaneous errands and deliveries. Other jobs included: Advertising Specialty Department research and orders, performed bulk mailings of +10,000 pieces with imminent deadline, secretarial duties such as organizing bills, checks and past-due collections for the bookkeeping department. Prevalent use of black/white and color copies for complicated copy jobs.
Duties included screen arts, print-making on multiple textile surfaces, color theory, up-keep and cleaning of screens and heavy machinery, assist in creating designs per customer specific needs, embroidery machine operation, use of computer art programs, displays, trophy and plaque manufacture, one-on-one customer service, retail and basic copy and fax machine use. Also involved open and close procedure.
